I used Dry-Lo acne lotion on my jaw as directed. During the night it flaked and got into my eyes, causing chemical burns to my corneas. I had severe pain for a few days and then lingering irritation and blurring for the next week or so. I missed two-plus days of work. I was unable to read or drive or really get around for more than three days.
I requested reimbursement from the manufacturer for my medical bill and two days of work. I was told originally that "this should be no problem," but then they denied my request.
Both the manufacturer and Serious Skin Care have been completely uncooperative and uncaring. I will never use anything by SSC or D'Arcy ever again!
