It's too expensive for a little bottle of water which I used up in less than 2 months. It does removes dirt and makeup, however, I don't think it removes it "completly", so I usually wash my face w/ other cleaning lotion. But package is cute, and it's convinent for travelling! Refil is $20 if you bring back the bottle.
