Shiseido has come out with a complete reformulation of its decorative make up products. Among the various powdery foundations, they have a new powder lanced this fall: Luminizing colour powder. I tried the L3 (Golden beige). The luminizing powders are supposed to adapt the looks of your skin b ylight- reflecting ingredients to the varying lights - daylight, candle-dinner, disco-strobic light. I tried L3 in the dep. store with artificial neon light - I brushed a small amount on my red and itchy chin as well as on my dark 'cernes' (the place under the eyes) - I noticed an immediate effect: redness and darkness vanished- my complexion looked almost perfect, even in the harsh neon-light. I would highly recommend Luminizing Colour powder to enhance your skin's look. I wear it - slightly dusted over my regular powdery foundation - as enhancer- and it really enhances my complexion in a subtle shimmer which looks nothing but natural. The only minus is the small brush included in the case: it is too small to apply powder over the whole face and the bristles are too hard; they might leed to injuries. But that's the only minus.
