This is a nice opaque concealer with a truly matte finish. It comes in a tube with sponge applicator. I originally got it to cover my freckles, but I later realized I should be proud of them! Mark Cealer works very well at hiding undereye circles. I give it a four because of the price (too high!) and the limited range of colors. Otherwise, this is a great, easy to use product. I have light, normal-combination skin.
