I became a believer in Smashbox's primers with the skin primer which offers a perfect matte finish for makeup. Then, when I ran across this lash primer just had to give it a try. It works - what else can I say?

Just a swish of this before applying mascara and lashes do appear thicker and fuller.

It also contains panthenol for strengthening and conditioning of lashes. Mine need all the strengthening they can get, and I can't spare any so this primer proved to be a real boon. - Gail Cooke
