This stuff really does cut the shine dramatically! I chose Smashing neutral, a clear thick paste-like foundation. Its not a foundation. Its more similar to Clinique's Sheer matteness, only the texture is quite different. I gave the product a 4 because it really sits on the skin so you can feel it. And if you put too much,it kinda flakes off..so be careful. Otherwise, it really does cut the shine immediately and keeps it at bay for a few hours. It also makes foundation last longer!
