first of all, this is a BARGAIN. you get a huge 4 oz. tube for 3 bucks! this gel does a good job of reducing under eye puffiness (i've only used it in that area of my face). it's not super moisturizing, so i find i have to use eye cream, too. but it does what it claims, and for that price i cant complain. tip: i keep mine in the fridge, so when it feels extra refreshing when i apply it.
