This is a shimmery/frosty product you can use all over, hence the name. I like to use it around my eyes and a little over blush (nars orgasm). It looks very nice, a white/lilac color. Even though they dont say it is light-reflecting so it looks good especially in sunlight. My only regret is not getting color # 2, its more bronzy/natural so I would can use it as a blush/bronzer and eyeshadow and save a whole lot of time on makeup.
