I rarely mess with lip liner, but when I do, I want it to go on smoothly, last all evening, and not clump up around my mouth. Stila's is a serious contender. It is made with a very creamy formula which lasts - and lasts - and lasts some more. No clumpiness, either - it just stays gorgeous and kissworthy all day - and all night - long. Why, then, is it a 4 rather than a 5? Because Clinique's lip liner, the stuff of dreams, beats it hands down. Sorry, Stila, but a very good effort.
