I only recommend this because the price is fantastic. My mom and I both used it. My mom used 1 tube and experienced softer hair (she previously had very coarse hair and it is now just a soft coarse...) and I used 2 tubes (due to my long hair) and I don't think there's a change. Perhaps I should use this more than once, though.
