I have been wanting to start using a sulfate free shampoo, and I decided to try Terax Miele after hearing many raves about it. :-) I really am liking this shampoo so far! It has a slightly runny consistancy and has a light honey smell. I lather the shampoo into my hair, gently massage my scalp, and leave it on for about 2 minutes. I follow with Terax's Crema Conditioner. I have noticed that since using this shampoo, my hair is less frizzy and it does seem less dry. For reference, I have long, naturally wavy hair that I blowdry and straighten every other day.
