Terax products are designed to restore and maintain health to hair. My hair is colored/bleached and is dry from excessive styling. The shampoo and conditioner really made my hair soft and shiny. I probably won't use the conditioner every day because my hair is fine, but will use it a few times a week. My sister has thicker, coarser hair and likes this shampoo and conditioner, too!
