Easiest to use liquid liner!
Urban Decay Liquid Liner/Shadows are wonderful. I have 6 of them and love them all. Recently I purchased the shade Chains, which is a gold shade with slight hints of green. Really brightens up and draws attention to the eyes. Looks great paired with light, neutral eyeshadow and green shades as well. These liners are very easy to apply. The brush is tiny but allows you to make thick or thin lines with ease. Or you can apply it over your whole lid, for a gorgeous sheen that lasts. The formula dries quickly and doesn't budge once it has done so. It still looks shiny after it dries which I love! If you have liquid liner phobia, try these, you will not be disappointed. And if you love liquid liner, you will find these to be the best you'll ever use!
