A light blue, shimmerly eyeliner. In the tube, this product looked a little too blue for my green eyes. However, when applied, it added more of a blue sheen to my eyelid than anything else. If you blend nicely, you can create a very summery effect that's more "pretty" than anything else. The brush is nice, and the colour goes on very smoothly. The staying power is a minus, though - by lunchtime, the colour looked a bit faded. I would definitely recommend it, though -it's a very versatile product.
