This is one of the few Urban Decay products I've used and will buy again. Radium is a royal blue liquid eyeliner that goes on very smoothly and lasts all day. The fine brush tip creates an even line and the color stays true until I wash it off. It also comes in a matching mascara, but that would be way too 'blue' overkill for me!
