Although stila is still my favorite, Urban Decay has come close. If you love vibrant colors and shimmer finish, Urban Decay has everything for you. Lately they have redesigned their packaging and the new look is just fabulous. Stalker is a shimmer medium pinkish purple that comes in a mini silver campact. They also got several different purples from light to dark shades and Stalker was my favorite. I give it a 4 instead of 5 since it's not as silky as stila's. However, Urban Decay has the most trendy/funky colors that no other line could beat.
