The consistency of this gloss is the same as MAC Lipglass. It's peppermint flavored though to give you fresh smelling breath and it makes your lips feel cool as well. Disco Inferno is supposed to be a blue tint with blue glitter. It appears that way in the tube but it goes on clear and the glitter is irridescent purple (very similiar to Pupa's Glitter Gloss - $13). I personally don't find it special enough to keep. I'm wearing it today but returning it tomorrow. I'll wait for MAC to come out with a similar version.
