This is a loose, sparkly, multicolored powder that can go anywhere, except the eyes. It comes in a test tube vial, and a tiny amount goes a long way. It looks gray/lavender in the tube, but when dusted on, you see micron glitter flecks of green, gold, blue, pink, purple, the rainbow! And this is not the cheap stuff. It really shimmers, but not like an opaque shimmer powder. It adds no color, texture, or light-changing surface. Just millions of tiny jewel-like sparkles that don't look heavy or nonexistent.
