This is Urban Decay's new 4-in-1 powder. In reality you can wear it 3 ways: brushed on as a powder, applied with a dry sponge for sheer coverage, and applied with a damp sponge for full coverage. This is a nice foundation applied either of the three ways. The full coverage is not that thick, but it makes a nice even application with a matte (not chalky) finish. It comes in a nice compact with a purple sponge.
