This product is supposed to be used after cleansing and before moisturizing but for the longest time I have been using it as a moisturizer. It is a creamy yet lightweight product that sounds like it sound function as a toner. What ever it is it is amazing. It is full of great things like vitamins and it smooths my skin and it aborbs quickly. I use it when I wake up, during the day and before I go to bed. It is a unique treatment recommended for all skin types.
