This is a rosy colored cream blush with a smooth texture. It isn't overly moist where it slips and slides all around. And, it doesn't gather into the pores to give you polka dot cheeks. It doesn't claim to do anything except work as a cream blush. It doesn't make outrageous claims like the department store and some drugstore cream blushes. The only thing it does is give you a great blush for a very cheap price. I think I'll get some more. At this price, it is hard to pass up!
