i bought this eyeliner in 'black black,' and for 99 cents, this product can't be beat! it's goes on very smoothly, and i found that it lasts for about 6 hours without smudging when topped with a translucent loose powder. it has never irritated my eyes, and i wear contacts. the eyeliner is offered in a wide variety of colors, and lasts really long. i've had my pencil for a year now, and it's still very long. great stuff!!
