Since it's clear, this dries in about 30 seconds even with a heavy coat. When it dries it's got a slight texture that suppposedly helps your color coat adhere better, but doesn't make the color last any longer than normal. This can also be used as a topcoat to slightly 'satinize' the shine of nailcolor. I recommend buying Wet 'n' Wild nail colors when they have 2 for 1 deals so you can stock up :)
