This stuff was way cheap and it's great. I wouldn't say that it plumps up the lips but it has great staying power like any other higher priced lipstick or better. The reason I got this is not because of the plumping thing I just loved the color, a deep red. The color # is 881. I love red lipstick so I am happy to find one that is good and is a bargain.
