this lipliner has a very smooth, creamy texture that other liners don't have. don't be put off by it's price. it's not your typical "cheap" make-up. the liner lasts for a long time. i pair mine with lip gloss or lipstick and it looks great. one of the previous reviewers mentioned that she had trouble sharpening hers. i've never had problems sharpening mine. it's actually easier to sharpen than my (more expensive) eyeliner.
