i picked this up after all the raves i saw for it here on icompact, and needless to say, as with most recs i get from this site, i am not disappointed. the shimmer powder is really fine milled and you can sweep it on anywhere for a sheer glow. this is the perfect all over highlighter. the color is would look very nice over any skintone. the brush they include in the package is worthless, but just toss that and you've got a perfect product.
