This cleanser is a creamy, gel-like, and non-foaming. It removes makeup, even eye makeup, very well with no stinging, and my face does not feel taut or dry in any way afterwards. I have oily, acne-prone, extremely sensitive skin and have noticed a real difference in the condition of my face since using it for the past 2 weeks. My skin has really cleared up and my acne healed very quickly. This doesn't irritate me at all. Some of my foundations are long-wearing and I find that if I apply the cleanser to my face dry instead of wet, then I don't have to wash my face twice to remove them. With my regular foundations, I have no problems removing my makeup with only one washing. I really love this cleanser and would recommend it to anyone with combo/oily/problem skin. It can be found at most health food stores and at mothernature.com for 20% below retail prices. It does contain cetearyl alcohol which I have seen on comedogenicity lists but I have had no breakouts, irritation or noticed my pores becoming excessively clogged from using the product.
