I'm not exactly impressed. My fiance likes it so at least that's a plus *heh*

I couldn't find a pic of anything I liked that I thought would work on me. I had no idea how to describe the vision I had in my head for what I wanted so I just asked the girl what she thought.

Well what do you know..what every single stylist I have encountered since the age of 13 has wanted to do...LONG LAYERS..fun fun fun. Is this the only cut stylists are trained to do these days or something?

I was just like fine..I was desperate here. Seems like my hair looks exactly the same only now it has a few more noticable layers in the front and back.

I guess I just need a dramatic change but have no idea how to go about it. Color would be fun but I don't have the money for that right now.

She commented on how fine my hair was... yeah I know. It sucks. The cut did helped add some volume at the top. I went to Trade Secret afterwards and got some Big Sexy Hair stuff cuz I've used that before and it was good for volume.

Aw, I'm sorry you don't really like it, Rachel http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I know what you mean when you say you need a more drastic change - when I'm ready for one, I usually cut off a ton (like I went from bra-strap length to a jaw-length cut) or do a crazy color. I know how you feel. I'm never 100% happy with my hair. Right now I'm regreting that I ever cut my hair short. I want really long hair now...I would do extensions if it wasn't so expensive and such a hassle.

Eh..I've liked it a *little* more the past couple days than I did when I walked outta the salon. I always do my own hair better than any of those stylists do, oddly enough.

It's just too much the same for me to be thrilled about. The layers are nice for now I guess. I don't know what else anybody could do to it at the moment w/o making it much shorter and I don't want anymore length cut off. Next time though I'm gonna fork over the extra money and try to get something I am for sure I want.

It looks much more 'polished' now, which I guess is one thing I really did want so that's good.

I don't know rather to try coloring it or not. I'm always afraid I'll make it fall out or something lol
