The only water proof/resistant concealer I know of if from MAC. I think it is the Select one in the tube.
Sorry I don't know if any drugstore brands do a wp concealer.

There aren't really any drugstore kinds. If you can find a DC'd Maybelline Greatwear concealer, that's your best bet (look at those discount stores).
Otherwise, Clinique makes a blemish concealer that is extreamely durable-as well as a waterproof one which I haven't tried.
There's always the super-heavy Dermablend too. That stuff does NOT wear off (I used it for about a year). It's expensive, though.

Lancome makes a good one called Effacernes. It says it'a waterproof undereye concealer, but I use it in my red cheeks too http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

La roshe posay make one (color 11 is the best) . this stuff is amaising and you woudl be surprised how long does it last. I costs 12 Euros.
