Whenever I attempt to try this it always looks weird on me...i have to put it on the white inner lining where it's semi wet from my tears in order to look normal if not it looks like there's a huge gap from the liner and my actual eye....I don't mind putting liner on my white inner lining but it tends to slide off rather quickly and i'm afraid it could easily get into my eyes....does anyone have the same problem?? I"ve tried all the long lasting liners, revlon colorstay, jordana xtend, styli style and they all slide off on me....is there a solution for this??? thanks in advance..

I never had that problem, though I have noticed that there are some girls that look like there's this big gap when they wear eyeliner on the bottom. sorry I can't help you http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

When I needed recs for an eyeliner to use to line the inner rims I got a lot of recs for gel liners like MAC Fluidline, Stila Smudgepot, and Bobbi Brown Gel Liner. I was going to get the MAC one but they were out so I ended up with Stila and I am very happy with my purchase, it really stays on very well.

2nd this!! I love all the gel liners I've tried - BB Gel Liner, Stila Smudgepot, and MAC Fluidline - and they do stay on my inner rims for a long time. HTHS!!

You could try using a powder. That's what I do. I can't get a pencil liner to look right on my bottom lashes. It creates a more smoky/smudged look too which is more natural in my opinion.

Use an eyeshadow (I usually use the Milani black one) and an angled liner brush and press the powder right up under your bottom lashes right where they meet your eye. Don't drag the brush to deposit the color. I find if you press it up under your lashes and work your way across, it stays longer. Use a powder brush to whisk away any powder that fell onto your cheeks during application.

2nd NYCTraci's rec for using a powder. I love Milani Storm as a liner. You could also try using a base for the liner, I started using UD Primer Potion and that makes the gel liner stay all day. It even works on inner rims, I just use a qtip. hth.
