Ok, i know a lot of women say they have trouble with there bellies and its really hard to get rid of it, but i have a slightly different problem. Im skinny all over except my belly/midsection/hips. My legs are sticks, and so are my arms and chest and my waistline, but my stomach can never be toned unless i suck in. I know im not fat, but its so hard buying pants. ive been dieting for a long time, and im running and walking. I have been doing windsor pilates for awhile, but the belly will not go away! Maybe i should just except it, but i cannot stand it. Has anyone had liposuction here? Or does anyone have any other advice on what i could do? Thanks ladies! http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

From what I heard, liposuction is the absolute last resort if nothing else works. And from what I can tell, it sounds like you are a candidate though I am no doctor by all means. Definitely talk to your doctor about it. Maybe there is something else other than lipo for your stomach. Good luck!

I have apple and pear combined! Plus a real life looking spare tire that wont go away. I've tried exercise, all different ways of controlling what I eat, and nothing works for me. I can't do the level of exercise I used to because of a bad ankle now. I'm not the type that sits around and chows down all day, quite the opposite, I am so busy I often struggle to find time to eat. When I do, I dont eat cream cakes and brownies and pastries, but I eat healthier things like rice and cereal (not sugar cereal) and lean meat.

Have you tried wearing those body control undergarments that help flatten and smooth out fatty areas?

I have a problem with my abs too, but it's nothing a little good posture can't correct (my posture's so bad http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_redface.gif).

Try wearing body control garments because sometime were just cursed with weak abdominal muscles esp after having children. My friend had the same problem but after she had her second child she had lipo and tummy tuck ..Now her tummy is super flat ..flatter than it was in highschool

I have the tummy problem too, exercise, situps and diet falttened it a lot, but not totally. I feel that I either deal with it or get lypo. I tried winsor pilates too, they did nothing for my abs at all

I think im going to get lipo done because im so protective of my tummy! I want to wear cuter clothes that are formfitting, and im so embarrased when I go out because all i wear are t-shirts. oh the agony of stomachs!!! http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
