I think they used to advertise this on tv. Has anyone tried these? You wrap your hair around it and sleep on it.

I've heard of them, but I've never tried them
I used this either in the late 80's or early 90's. It didn't work for me because I have very straight, silky, slippery Asian hair. They kept falling out.

I use something 'similar' that were also soft but I didn't find them comfortable to sleep on. They were the ones you got at a drugstore and came in pink, yellow, and blue. The ones I had had an 'metal?? iron??' (sorry there is probably a word for it but I don't know)in them over the whole length so you could easily shape them.
these look like they are softer and there is a hole in it, so I guess these haven't metal/iron in them???.
I have babyliss hot sticks now I use in the day (too hard to sleep on). These are the only ones that put some curl in. I have thick hair.
I even cut up an old t.shirt sometimes and cut out strokes and use that. I could easily sleep with that in of course. I did that a long time ago. Only problem is if that sometimes you get pieces of dread (right word??)in your hair.
