HELP!

So, I cleaned out the "cookies" on my computer tonight and now I can use the "quick reply" feature. When I click the quick reply button, it tells me I'm not logged in. But I AM logged in. I have to use the full reply button now.

Anyone know what I can do to get my quick reply button back?
