I havee never had that problem before, but i keep getting those stibborn reall deep painfull cysts. It is reall dificult to deal with them i end up picking them with alsmost no success!
What to do to dissolve them? extractions are painful and hard, since there is no opening (sorry for gross details). Well, it is not possible to treat it with antibiotics either, since they are really under the top layer of the skin!
Help! No salicilic aside please, i am allergic to it. Thank you in advance!

If you can’t deal with Salicylic Acid than maybe you can go on Accutane. I have not found anything that works for cystic acne except for the Accutane. That’s just my personal experience.

When I suffered from cystic acne, my dermatologist put me on a combination of Finacea (topical) and Bactrim (oral antibiotic). I think when you've got cystic acne that the only real way to get rid of them and keep others from forming is to treat it from within. I don't think I would've stopped getting them if I hadn't been on the Bactrim - in fact, I wasn't getting cystic acne but HUGE under the skin bumps that would come to a head, and my derm put me back on Bactrim a month ago, and now my skin looks great!!
