I've read some outstanding reviews of it on MUA. A lot of people are reporting that it's really faded their acne marks, which I am desperately trying to do. Any opinions here?

I know Michelle (mlhutch) has tried it - hopefully she'll see this!

Gosh, I would love for something like that to work. I know that Dermanew really broke me out.

I tried it and it broke me out terribly with little pimples...it took forever to clear my face again (w/o the microderm) so I guess it depends on your skin because I've heard that people had good experiences w/ this. good luck

I'm pretty sure Michelle said she broke out from the microdermabrasion cream too.

Yeah, I broke out. Something in the advanced solutions products causes me to break out. And even if I wouldn't have broken out from it, I don't think it's worth the money to buy the applicator thing. All it does is vibrate. I was left wondering what the heck was so special about it when I get the same results (minus breakouts) from simply adding sugar to my cleanser. http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif If your skin isn't sensitive and acne-prone, then give it a try (when it's on a really good sale).

I was reading some of the reviews and some of them indicated that the breakouts pass if you continue on, but mine were pretty bad and I didn't want to wait it out.

I used it for a few months and thought it worked pretty well. I do believe it helped fade my red marks because now (about 4 months later) they aren't very noticible at all. And they started off very noticible. I liked how this made my skin glow and it did a great job of exfoliating so I never needed a scrub or anything. It never caused breakouts for me and EVERYTHING makes my skin freak out. So I am a big fan of this product. I first tried it when I was off of Accutane and started Differin and never had any irritation. And my skin has only been getting better since. I strongly suggest you try this, and I hope it works for you! http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
