This past week I've felt so dizzy/nauseous whenever I turn my head a certain way (usually when I look up at something). It's worse in the mornings right after I wake up. It seems like I look at the ceiling and it's spinning. Could it have something to do with sleeping on my back? I usually don't sleep on my back because it's uncomfortable, but I think I've read somewhere that it can cause dizziness.
Does anybody have any clue what I'm talking about? And is there anything I can do to stop feeling dizzy?

That happens to me when my blood pressure is low.

It could also be your cervical area.
I don't have a very good posture and sometimes I get dizzy because of my cervical bones.
It could also be the sudden movements. I get dizzy, for example, when I wake up from bed really quickly.
It could also be your vision, although I'm not really sure about that.
Anyways, if you are worried you should go see your doctor!
good luck.

Please go see your doctor. It might be that you are just dehydrated but it could be something like blood pressure problems, blood sugar imbalance, problems with your neck etc.

I would hate to hear that you got up one morning and ended up falling over b/c you were dizzy, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Sounds like inner ear infection. I've had it several times, I think due to allergies. I take antibiotics and decongestants prescribed by my doctor when this happens.

I would say it's low blood pressure or an ear infection.

*I've been feeling a bit like this too, since about Monday. My head is pounding with every step I take, my neck is SO stiff I can barely turn it, I'm breaking out on my face, chest, and back, my eyes hurt, and I'm sleeping about all day except for the 8 hours a day that I work. I seriously think something's wrong. http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I'm going to the doctor ASAP!!
