Never heard of it. Are you actually allowed to eat during it or is it a juice fast kind of thing?

This 3-day diet sounds very interesting. What I'm concerned about is the 4 off days..

Personally I think the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to watch how much you are eating, drink plenty of water, and get enough exercise. Granted there are some people with certain medical conditions that makes it harder/not possible for them to lose weight that way, and that's understandable. But I am just talking about the average person who does not have any medical conditions to stop them from losing weight. Losing a lot of weight in just a couple days is, in my opinion, not healthy. Fat content is what you should be paying attention to more than claroies/carbs etc. But the biggest part of it is not what you eat, it's how much you eat; and you need to make sure you are getting plenty of exercise. No, it's not fast, no, it's not easy. But it's the only way to do it if you want to lose weight and keep it off for good. Good old-fashioned elbow grease is all there is to it. Just my 2 cents. http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

My dad and I tried this YEARS ago (like 15) and it did work, but it definately wasn't something I could live with. Dry tuna and cauliflower - BLECK!!

If you do not eat daily every 2-3 hours your metabolism will slow down and pack all the intake it gets because it thinks you are starving.........you will gain.
YOu may lose for short term but gain back and more.
Read up on metabolism and eating frequent meals through the day.....that works so much better if you stick with whole foods, no processed foods, foods which come from the ground not boxes or freezer or cans...........
Let me know if you need a bit more guidance here, I would be happy to help!!
