I had my a week ago. I am on the pills so it has kept me regulated. I usually get it on a Wednesday and totally gone by a Monday. I noticed that I am starting again on it last night. At first I did not know what is going on but as the day progress, it looks like the cycle starts all over again. As I was taking the pills today, I noticed that I skipped two days so today I took 3 of them. Does skipping in two days throw you off balance like that???

you really have to rephrase your question.
I'm assuming you're talking about birth control pills. What did you get again? Your period started while you were taking pills?

Skipping two pills and then taking three in a day is really hard on your body. Morning after pills are basically a bunch of birth control pills taken to cause miscarriage. I'm surprised you're not walking around super nauseated.

I'm assuming this is about birth control. From my experience, skipping two days can throw you off. I forgot one pill in the past, and it has caused spotting. Since you missed more than one, definitely use backup protection. You may even want to call your doctor to see if you are still on track, and get advice on what to do.

absolutely what JenRoss said. Did you miss your two pills at the beginning of you new pack? You'll most definitely have to use backup protection if you plan on being sexually active. The worst time to miss pills are usually at the end of the pack at the beginning. But no matter when you miss then you have to use another form of birth control for the month, even if you keep taking your pills.

I have not been sexually active so getting pregnant/aborting is not a concern. I take the pill to regulate my hormone as I have moderate adult acne. I have been under a lot of stress -resigned from my job and am going to a new job. I made a few difficult decisions and lately I forgot to take the pill on a regular basis. The day I remembered, I realized that I missed two days and OD by taking all three on day three. A friend said I could cause permanent damage (not being able to have kids). On day two of skipping (not realizing that I was skipping) I was having my period. Don't ask me why I took all three. I definitely will not do it again even if I skip.

That has happened to me before, that I forgot two days in a row and took three instead. I think it did throw my hormones out of whack, but I won't worry about your fertility at all. (ask your doctor if you're concerned rather than your friend, if she's a doctor, get a second opinion).

I went to see my doc today and she said that BCP actually helps prevent ovarian and breast cancer. I was concerned that it would increase the risks.
