Okay, so I bought one and I think I just got a little too aggressive with it. My right heel is pink, but okay, while my left heel is raw and hurts like heck. Neosporin is my new best friend. Yikes, be extra careful with those. Just make sure that it doesn't get infected further. I hope it gets better quickly.

It's actually MUCH better now, but I don't think I'll be using it again for awhile. I have to say though, my right (uninjured) heel is silky smooth. http://community.icompact.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
