I decided a few days ago that I was going to buy natural products for my hair. Silicones and SLS were wreaking havoc on my skin! My Lowe's Foods has natural hair, skin and body care lines, so I went there and picked up:
Jason Natural Cosmetics Jojoba Shampoo and Conditioner - I've used these before and they make my hair soft, and will also soothe my scalp that's been irritated by chemical-y S&Cs lately.
Giovannia Natural Mousse Air Turbocharged - I had never heard of this, but I need something that will eliminate frizz and protect from heat when I blowdry & flat iron, and that's what this is supposed to do. Plus it contains no silicones or harsh ingredients.
My favorite thing is that none of these products were tested on animals. :)

Great haul! I'm actually glad that you had this haul because of the breakouts I've been experiencing along my hairline. Luckily, we have Jason's @ a local DS!!! ENJOY:D

Nice haul!
I am using Giovanni tea tree triple treat shampoo and conditioner and it's awesome! It makes my scalp tingle and it makes my hair really nice. The main reason I bought it is becasue they don't test on animals. Enjoy your new stuff! :D

Nice haul! I tried the Jojoba Shampoo awhile back and really liked it. I recently discovered that Walgreens has started carrying the Jason line, which suprised me.

Boom: they're great! :) They make my hair so soft and shiny. And, they're really helping cure my itchy scalp. Affordable as well - I paid $6.99 each at Lowe's Foods. You can get them at most any health food store.
My hair dresser had Jason's shampoos & condtioner and hand wash and lotion at her shop. Very nice stuff. Usually you find Jason at health food stores. Lately I've seen it at some Walgreens and Wal-Mart as well. Also, my local Wal-Mart has been getting some other naturally based brands and I'm excited about trying some of it out. I must buy some of Jason's shampoo & condtioner for myself. Thanks for posting.

Hmm, I wonder if they carry these at my Walgreens now. I used to work there, but I started my new job at the beginning of September and haven't really shopped there since. I have had bad luck with natural hair care products though, as crazy as that may seem. I have a lot of allergies, and unfortunately a lot of allergies to natural ingredients that are healthy alternatives for so many others.
