B&BW Semi-Annual Sale

I got four great products last night for under $20!

Temptations Spiced Apple Rapture Body Lotion - OMG I can't believe I didn't sniff this stuff before when they were actually selling all of the products to go with it. It is delish! I loved it so much that I bought two bottles. I probably never tried it before because I didn't see an apple scent as something I'd like, and this has turned me on to apple scents now.

Winter Candy Apple Body Splash - They didn't have any more of the body cream (sniff sniff) or the VBN body cream (I was hoping to get a backup), but I found this body splash and decided to go all-out with the apple scents. Next year when Winter Candy Apple (hopefully!) comes out again I'll have to pick up the body cream.

White Tea & Ginger Body Cream - I have never seen tubes of body cream at previous B&BW Semi-Annual Sales. Usually they just have the lotion, so I was pleased to find this as I love their body cream formula. Lately I have a knack for ginger scents and this is lovely.

Did anyone else check out the sale?

Nice! Enjoy everything. I'm glad you like Spiced Apple Rapture. I picked up the 3-in-1 in this scent, and I really like it.

I did check out the sale, but didn't make any purchases this time. I wanted to see what my stores have available, but I'm well-stocked on bath and body products at the moment. I'm going to whittle that down a bit before buying more.

I got a few things the other night...how long does the sale usually last?...I forget.

I got Honeysuckle lotion, Midnight Pomegranite(sp?) lotion, Cherry Blossom Lotion & Cinnamon Buns oil that you burn in your house. I love them all.

Our mall has two B&BWs so there was a ton of stuff. I might go back if the sale doesn't end too soon. I forgot how much I liked their lotions.

Nice haul at the B&BW semi-annual sale! *sniff* Alas I'm feeling a little blue since there was one product I wanted(Crazy Caramel Corn lip gloss), but I held out and figured I could get it during this sale. Well I've been to at least five B&BW and I can't find it! I just hope they release it again for Christmas!

I checked the sale out the other night but I just got a gloss. Wasn't really worth the $6 I paid for it (at 50% off) but ah well. Glad you like your goodies!

I was going to get one of the classic scents online during the sale, but I didn't want to pay shipping for one little bottle of spray. And anyways, Strawberry Lemonade was out and I wanted to try that. (I've been wanting to try that since like '97!)

I got the refill sizes of the anti bacterial hand soap... I got Lemon and the Lime/Coconut one... Clean and yummy smelling. And of course I stocked up on the soaps so now I wont need soap all year (yay)

I shopped the sale last weekend, and only got 3 items. I got a Davies Gate Nourishing Hand Cream in Sweet Orange, and two True Blue Tahiti Sweetie body lotions. They didn't have much that I was interested in, and what I was interested in they didn't have. I'm gonna check out other B&BW locations to see what they have. :)

I just missed out on the biggest B&BW sale EVER by one day. Coliseum Mall in Hampton is closing up shop Sunday (they're reformatting to an open air shopping center) and I'm getting a chance to go by there. I had the feeling that B&BW was long gone in the mall but I decided to call anyway. I got a friendly answer and I was shocked someone even answered the phone, for a minute I thought it was the ghost of the Hampton B&BW! I asked if they were still open tomorrow and she said that today was their last day open. Aw, shucks.

I went by the mall today to take photos, and the B&BW did not have a going out of business sale. They just shut down the gates last night and I assume they're coming back next week to pack up and send all the stuff off to another store or back to the warehouse. It's odd that they would close a day before the big last day of the mall. I guess they didn't want people asking them all day "are you guys having a sale?!". There was a teenage girl walking around the mall asking anybody and everybody when B&BW was going to open today. I told her that it closed last night and the mall is closing today and I kept on walking.

Yesterday, I was dubbing the news report about the mall closing onto DVD, and I saw that girl who was asking everybody and their cousin when B&BW was going to open sleeping on a bench in the mall. I'm sure she didn't believe me and stayed there until 2p.m. waiting for B&BW to open.

Anyways, I had some extra money after buying another caboodle on ebay so I looked online to see what they had left, they didn't have much left at all! Just a lot of lotions and I don't really like their lotion. So I had my own semi annual B&BW sale on ebay and I bidded on two somewhat older bottles of splash -- orange blossom (discontinued) and green clover and aloe (still around, but this bottle was the old design). The person who had the green clover also had an older botttle of pink grapefruit if she combines shipping I might bid on that too.

Nevermind, just checked out the site. It says it ends Jan. 21. I'm arriving in Miami Jan.26:( I used to fly earlier and I loved this sale!
Well at least I won't be spending money on things I don't really need. That store is impulsive buyers hell!

Yeah this place does have too many impulse buys. For example, although I didn't get any body products this sale, I did stock up on home fragrances. Now the whole house smells like pumpkin spice :)
