I hate breaking out. I feel like I have to wear more makeup to cover it up, and I also feel like it makes the rest of my makeup look not quite as good. I don't know what's going on with my skin, but it's so annoying!

Thanks, ladies. Sephora responded to my email and said they were continuing to find improved way to package orders for people that don't select gift packaging. I probably will just bit the bullet and pay the few bucks for a gift box in the future. I rarely order from them online anyway because I have access to the actual stores.

Katie Lynn, I also liked to use Sephora's boxes to store items. I used to keep my nail products in one. The boxes were the right size for my small nail stash and easy to store.

I hope Sandstone is the same as the full size, I missed out on that one and totally regret it. If you search on MUA there's a few posts where they have a picture, you can only see nectar and plum though.
Thanks, Sam. I will keep an eye out for them, though the Shimmerbricks are usually a little too shiny for me. Nectar and Plum probably would be pretty. I used to be such a fan of BB, and I haven't purchased anything from this brand in a long time!

Erica, I broke out a little over the weekend too. For me, it's just hormones because it's that TOTM. My chin is also a little flaky. I hope your skin clears up soon!

I saw a product over the weekend I was interested in, but didn't buy. It was the new (relatively) Revlon long-lasting liquid lipstick. I forget the exact product name. It's the product you see Jennifer Connelly wearing in their ads. The shade selection was great, but I haven't had good experiences with those long-lasting lipsticks. They tend to feel drying on my lips. I'll read some reviews, but if anyone has tried these and has an opinion about them, let me know.

I'm in the same boat!! I hate it and I'm no good at covering it up. I just started breaking out badly this past year - I couldn't have the typical teenage breakouts, no my face had to wait until my 20s

You too could be as lucky as me and breakout both as a teenager and in your 20's. Sucks, but at least I can keep it under control most of the time. I think it's just hormonal at this point, and since I'm already on BCP, I don't know what there's anything I can do about it.

I think I'm going to use primer when I do my makeup today. We're going to the in-law's tonight for dinner, and since it's going to be a long day, I want to make sure I'm still looking good by then.

Really loving the EM Summer Bronzer lately. I've switched most of my face makeup over to Aromaleigh, but I think I'm gonna stick with EM for the Summer Bronzer and Sunlight and Mint concealers, since I can't really find equivalents in Aromaleigh.

A friend on Livejournal picked up Costco's Kirkland by Borghese brush set and I'm shocked by how soft they are. I still need more eye brushes but this set is really nice for the price.

I never thought things like this actually happened but my dog ate my Sephora catalog lol. She was so proud of herself too. Naughty dog.

Tried one, hated it ... I'm not sure what I thought it would be, but it ended up feeling like dry paint on my lips, all tacky and gummy. Pass.
