Trying to choke down apple cider vinegar (yuk!!!)

Is there a way to make this stuff palatable???

they have these in pill form! I just dont know how effective they are in comparision.

I was going to suggest a pill too. However, like Squirrel, I'm not sure if you get the same benefits from the pill than taking it straight. I'd look up taking it in pill form vs. straight though, so you can decide for yourself. Yuck is right though. I used to swallow a spoonful straight, and I just had to chuck it down. Really strong stuff.

However, you can use ACV to make salad dressing, marinades and other foods. It definitely makes it easier to consume.

A glass of water doesn't cut it, even a little. I read last night to try orange juice.

I don't know if juice will make it any better either. It's kind of like putting it in water: it only prolongs the agony of getting it down. For me, making a vinegar dressing is the easiest way to get the benefits.

OK, I might can handle this with orange juice. It might take a LARGE glass of orange juice, but I'm getting it down.

I used to use this for face mask and it stinks!!! Pardon my silly question, but why are you drinking it? Thanks!

IIRC, it's to help curb your appetite? I think Heidi Klum uses this trick?

I thought it was to prevent acid reflux? if anything it will increase your appetite as you digesting things better.
