Eeesh, there was a mass shooting at a high rise right up the road from our office building. They haven't caught the gunman, so all the office towers in downtown Orlando are on lockdown. We're all fine here and we're honestly not worried about our safety, but we're getting nothing done other than watching the news online.
Just editing to say they caught the suspect and no one else got hurt. Very good news!

We had our most serious talk about babies on our honeymoon! I remember we were walking through Epcot after a show and Jeff brought it up and we decided on a time frame for when I go off the pill and when we start trying during that walk! Kind of funny! I have a gyno appointment soon to talk about things I should do before trying, when she thinks I need to go off BCP, etc. It's also a new Dr. so I wanted to meet her before getting pregnant haha!

It took my body 1 month to be back on cycle (after off BCP), and then in two months I was pregnant with Noelle. So it really doesn't take that long. Even tho I did read it somewhere that it usually takes about 6 months to 1 year for healthy couple to conceive. What will be good to do before you try to conceive is to exercise regularly, eat healthy, no more drinking/smoking (if you are doing that), and to start taking folic acid or prenatal vitamin. The rest is just quality time with the husband

I got my dream job yesterday!!! I'm so excited and can't wait to start there in two weeks. I'll be making so much more than I'm used to! I bought a pair of Steve Madden heels to celebrate lol.
