I'm glad the orange juice helps, Darlene. Water never helped me either. Actually, it made it harder to get down because it just seemed to taste that much stronger.

Katie's right - one of the benefits is supposed to be appetite reduction. Whenever I take ACV (usually in dressings), it isn't for that though. There are a few other benefits. I'm posting links to two different websites. ACV is basically an old folk remedy, but there is suggestive evidence of benefits for heart and circulatory health. There also is some evidence it helps lower glucose levels.

Fat loss would be nice but there are reportedly other health benefits from drinking it that I am also after.

And speaking of appetite suppressant and fat loss, I just read a tip for helping you resist snacking: minty tasting lip gloss! So there's your justification for buying a new Cover Girl Amazemint lip gloss, girls.

I just added some non-thickening fiber powder to my ACV and orange juice. I've got a veritable health cocktail going here.

When I take it I pour it into a shot glass.
I take a lot of gross tasting things that way. Haha.
