I like nuts as they are filling. I bought a huge container of nuts and make my own trail mix by mixing in raisons and dried cranberries.

I love fruit - bananas and berries especially. I also love South Beach Diet Smores bars, Luna bars and Fiber One bars. Also Yoplait Whips yogurt, 100-calorie Jello chocolate pudding cups with a dollop of whipped cream, tapioca pudding cups, low-fat ice cream treats like Skinny Cow sandwiches and Weight Watchers cones.

I love fruit! In the summer it's better because everything is in season. Grapes are realtively inexpensive and can be found year-round. What I do is freeze my grapes-it makes them taste like candy!

I do love (healthy) trail mix and granola, but I try to limit eating these because they do have a lot of calories. I think some people assume that since it's healthy, you can eat as much as you want-nope! Raw almonds are another great snack. I grab a handful and they do make me feel less hungry.

Right now I'm in a smoothie mode, so I buy frozen fruit and vanilla yogurt to make them. They're not that bad for you, and a great snack (if you make a smaller size).

Grapefruit with splenda
Cheese and crackers (Saltines are very low calorie and come in whole grain)
Granola bar
Cereal *usually honey bunches of oats with almonds* with skim milk

grapes or an apple or pear with some low-fat cheese.
yogurt with a couple tablespoons of granola.
veggies and hummus or low-fat sour cream + onion dip.

PS: I'd actually recommend most people drink 1% milk or Soy milk - especially if you're cutting fat everywhere else.
