MAC/TBS Haul

I decided that I am going to use all MAC makeup from now on. The only other brands that I were using were Px and Clinique, and Clinique is so boring now. They reproduce the same shades, and even shade names, over and over and their products aren't trendy enough for me. MAC is where it's at for me, and I'm excited to be expecting these goodies in the mail! This is everything that I want for right now from MAC.

Pigments - Blue Brown, Push The Edge, Heritage Rouge, Rose Gold (my first pro pigment!)
Zoomlash Mascara - Zoomblack
Prep+Prime Lash
Brow Finisher
Lip Conditioner (tube)
Mineralize Eyeshadow Duo - Family Silver
Matte Blushes - Buff, Mocha, Prism
Dazzleglass - Rags to Riches

At TBS I got:

Vitamin E Lotion (2 bottles) - HG lotion for me.
Vitamin E Hand & Nail Treatment - Another HG.
White Musk Midnight Iris EDT

I was supposed to be eligible for a free Vitamin E Body Butter, but I sent my order without realizing that I had to add it to my cart first. So I sent TBS an email about it asking if they could add it to my order, but I don't know. They should just add it in because I'm sure other people have done what I did.

Nice hauls, Marisa! I love the pigments you got, aside from Rose Gold because I don't have it. Blue Brown especially is one of my faves! I think Heritage Rouge and Rose Gold will be gorgeous for fall.

Do you have Push The Edge? Is it just a matte purple? I read some reviews that said it was matte and some that said it had a violet sheen. I was hesitant to order it, but then a reviewer commented that it looked great with her brown eyes and that she received tons of compliments, so I caved.

I do have Push The Edge! It's just a matte dark purple on me. Such a gorgeous color, and I'm sure it will look great on your brown eyes.

Nice haul! I love MAC pigments, they are fun to play with. Rose Gold is a tricky shade tho, it's not really rose & gold, it's more like a tarnish gold color. Hopefully it'll work for ya. Enjoy everything.

Nice haul!
I wish everything from one line worked for me. It would definitely make shopping for makeup easier.
I love Buff blush. It's such an underrated blush. Great shade for a natural look. It has a less pink to it than The Perfect Cheek but still georgeous.
Enjoy everything.

Nice! Let us know how you use Blue Brown. I can't get it to look like anything but a bruise on me, but it's so cool-looking in the container!

What shades did you end up being matched to for Studio Fix?

A trick I learned with using blue brown is to use a black base and you layer the pigment over. That way, it cuts off the redness in the pigment and really let the gorgeous blue shows.

I'll let you know what I think of Blue Brown once I play around with it. For Studio Fix I was matched as an NC20, and it couldn't be a more perfect match! I don't even need to wear bronzer because it gives my face some color, yet there's no icky foundation line. And my skin has reacted well to it so I'm happy! I might buy a pump for my foundation bottle though. I might eventually get MAC's bronzer too, but to use as a cheek color.
