Yes-- It's a good workout, but it's really boring to just watch the dvd. Once you get a hang of the exercises, it's a really "easy" workout to do while you're watching tv.

After it was featured on a South Park episode, I don't think I could use this without cracking up. hahahahahaha
On hair care/body care/fragrance no-buy until June 2013.

On makeup no-buy until June 2013 or until I use up 35 items of makeup, whichever comes first.

haha Same lol Of course I already thought that before South Park brought it up. Those commercials crack me up every time. Especially the new one marketed for men where the one guy is using it and goes "ooh that's it" lmao It's just bad I don't know about the actual product, it may be good for all I know, but the commercials are too funny!

I saw the shake weight at Walmart in the exercise department the other day! It costs $20 bucks. I tried it for a minute and it felt like it was seriously working. Maybe take a trip over there and try it out for yourself! HTH!

OMG, I thought the shake weight was a joke. It is a joke right? It looks hilarious!!

Oh, and what about repetitive strain injury? I don't think many people take this seriously.

This video demonstrates perfectly why the shake weight is probably not a good idea (and not just the shake weight, but many 'unitasker' exercise gadgets):-
